👥 Who it’s for: Estimators, Precon Managers, Project Managers
🗓 When to use it: Every time a new set or addendum comes in
A new set lands a week before bid day. Somewhere in 300 sheets, a wall type changed, a room moved and a spec section was rewritten. Muro compares the sets sheet by sheet and tells you what changed, where, and which trades it affects.

What to ask
1. Compare the sets. Start the Revision Reviews Agent from Agents and add the previous set and the new one. (See How agents work.)
2. Focus on what affects your number:
Which of these changes affect pricing? Group them by trade.
3. Tell the subs:
Draft an email to the subs whose scope changed, with a short summary of what's new for their trade.
Go further:
What changed in the specs in the latest addendum?
Do any of these changes create a new conflict with the specs?
List the sheets that were added, removed or reissued.
Tips & best practices
✅ Compare full sets, not single sheets. Muro catches changes that weren't clouded or listed in the narrative.
✅ Check the big ones. Click the source link to see the sheet in both sets. See How Muro cites its sources.
💡 Run it on every addendum. Keep each set in its own folder in Project Workspace, so it's easy to pick the right two.
🔒 You stay in control. Muro shows a preview of every email and waits for your approval before sending. See Your data, security & approvals.
Good to know
Muro compares the documents you add. If a sheet is missing from one set, it's listed as added or removed.
Muro flags the change and its likely impact. Your team decides what to reprice.
