Send a weekly RFI and submittal report

Build a status report of open RFIs, submittals and open items, and schedule it to run every week.

👥 Who it’s for: Project Managers, Project Engineers

🗓 When to use it: Every week

Every week someone pulls the RFI and submittal logs, sorts out what's overdue and chases the people holding things up. Muro builds the report from your project management tool and can run it on its own, every week.

Tips & best practices

  • ✅ Keep the logs up to date. The report shows what's in your tool. If the log is behind, the report will be too.

  • 💡 Schedule it before your weekly meeting, so the report is ready when you walk in.

  • 💡 Ask for the format you use. For example: "Give me the report in Excel, one tab for RFIs and one for submittals."

  • 🔒 You stay in control. Muro shows a preview and waits for your approval before sending or posting. See Your data, security & approvals.
